The library -- and hence our bookstore! -- will be open late for Christmas in the Park & the Peppermint Walk on Friday, December 5. Stop by for great bargains in our bookstore until 8:00! We'll also have a membership table, and we hope you'll take a minute to learn a bit about the benefits of a membership in Friends! We'll see you on December 5!
We Welcome Your Donations
We are happy to accept your donations of gently used hardcover, softcover, and children's books. Please use your good judgement; if the book is too worn for your personal collection, it's unlikely we can re-sell it.
We do not accept donations of music CDs, DVDs, or other media. We will accept magazines if they are no older than two months.
Drop off your donations to our friendly bookstore volunteers anytime during regular library hours, or if you'll need assistance getting your books into the library, email FriendsBookDonations@marionpubliclibrary.org to arrange a time. We can provide receipts for tax purposes.

Our fall book sale will be Friday, November 14 through Sunday, November 16.
Friday sale will be 4:00-5:00 and is for members only; join at the door!
Saturday sale hours are 10:00-4:00: everyone welcome!
Sunday sale will be 2:00-4:00 and we'll have our bag-of-books for $5 deal; we provide bags.
